Vastint Romania signs lease deal with ProCredit Bank for 2,500 sqm in Business Garden Bucharest

    Published on

Vastint Romania has signed a 2,500 sqm lease agreement with ProCredit Bank, which relocated its Romanian headquarters to Business Garden Bucharest. The transaction brings the office complex to 90% occupancy.

In addition to its headquarters, ProCredit Bank opened a 24/7 zone (self service area) on the ground floor of Building A, occupying approximately 175 sqm.

Over the past 12 months, Business Garden Bucharest has leased around 14,500 sqm of office space and today hosts a community of 35 companies.

“Business Garden Bucharest is a project that aligns perfectly with our core principles – responsibility, efficiency and care for the environment. Relocating our headquarters and more than 160 employees here reflect our commitment to operating sustainably, in a modern workplace that encourages collaboration and supports our long-term development. Beyond the quality of the office environment, we were looking for a location that reflects our values and provides the right setting for our people, our clients and our future growth. At the same time, this move strengthens our strategic focus on supporting SMEs – the backbone of the local economy – through responsible banking services and long-term partnerships,” said Ștefan Manole, CEO of ProCredit Bank Romania.

The transaction was facilitated by Colliers.

“Companies are increasingly making workplace decisions with a long-term perspective, prioritizing buildings that combine operational efficiency, sustainability and high-quality employee experience. At the same time, Romania’s office market is entering a phase of limited new supply, making well-performing projects with strong occupancy levels even more attractive. ProCredit Bank’s relocation to Business Garden Bucharest reflects these market dynamics and demonstrates the strategic value of securing space in a mature, sustainable office project,” said Lucian Opris, Head of Special Projects | Medical & Edu | Office 360, Industrial & Logistics at Colliers.

” We are delighted to welcome ProCredit Bank to Business Garden Bucharest. Their decision confirms a broader trend we are seeing across the office market: companies increasingly value workplaces that combine sustainability, operational efficiency and a strong sense of community. Today’s office is no longer simply a place to work; it has become an important element of corporate culture, employee engagement and long-term business performance.

Reaching an occupancy level of 90% is an important milestone for Business Garden Bucharest and shows the trust our tenants place in the quality of our projects and the long-term relationships we build with them. ProCredit Bank’s commitment to supporting SMEs also makes them a valuable addition to our tenant community, contributing to a diverse and resilient business ecosystem. Through our wellbeing initiatives, sustainability programmes and community events, we continue to create places designed to bring people together and support both people and businesses in their long-term development.”, declared Antoniu Panait, Managing Director of Vastint Romania.

Business Garden Bucharest offers 43,000 sqm of leasable office space across three buildings in the Orhideea–Grozăvești area and is home to companies including Sanamed, Regina Maria, IKEA, Schindler, Tchibo, Vel Pitar, Rail Cargo, Saint Roastery and Pandora.
