FIRST real estate platform officially launched in Romania

    Published on

FIRST, a digital real estate listing platform developed in Romania, was launched locally this autumn and introduces a modern approach to exploring and selecting properties.

The platform integrates up-to-date technology, smart filters and a lifestyle-oriented presentation system that helps buyers and renters quickly understand the full context of a property, from actual travel times to key city landmarks, to its technical and functional characteristics.

The launch in Romania marks the beginning of an ambitious regional strategy. The local market is among the most dynamic in Central and Eastern Europe, with an accelerated pace of digitalization and a growing demand for advanced technological solutions. In 2026, FIRST aims to expand the platform’s capabilities by integrating AI-driven functionalities, publishing periodic market reports, and entering key European markets such as Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain.

Within the local real estate ecosystem, FIRST is introducing two new modules that strengthen the platform as a comprehensive tool for the market while also contributing to the professionalization of the sector and significantly reducing the time required for purchase decisions.

The first module, soon to be available on the platform, is a dedicated section for real estate developers, featuring personalized pages with complete company information, contact details, ongoing projects and active offers. This centralized format will increase the visibility of new developments and streamline the interaction between developers and potential buyers.

The second module is a comprehensive financial information section designed to support users throughout the mortgage application process. It will include a list of partner banks, details about available lending offers, a mortgage calculator, and a dedicated area where users can apply for financing directly. Through this integration, FIRST will become an end-to-end solution that seamlessly connects the property-search experience with the financing process, fast, transparent and fully integrated.

“FIRST was created out of a desire to bring relevance to a digital market where people are forced to navigate through tens of thousands of listings. The platform uses the latest technologies and features one of the most advanced search filters on the market, offering clear, useful results tailored to users’ real needs. We place a strong emphasis on transparency and are committed to ensuring that listings include accurate, complete details,  including verified addresses, while actively eliminating duplicates or misleading posts. Our goal is for FIRST to become the main reference platform for real estate transactions in Romania and a new quality standard for how listings are presented and validated,” said Daniel Nazarian, CEO of FIRST.
