Vastint Romania, part of the VASTINT Group, an international company with over 36 years of experience in the real estate field, announces the opening of Saint Roastery Botanica urban café in Business Garden Bucharest.

Saint Roastery brings its passion for specialty coffee into the urban oasis of Business Garden Bucharest, unveiling a new location surrounded by greenery — a space created for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a moment of calm. Spanning 165 sqm, the café is set to become a key destination for both employees in the complex and visitors, offering not just exceptional coffee but also a lively, welcoming atmosphere ideal for socializing. Open since December 2nd, the café welcomed the community just as winter arrived, giving guests the chance to celebrate the Saint Nicholas season in their new Saint Roastery Botanica setting. This opening marks the third Saint Roastery location in Bucharest, continuing the brand’s thoughtful expansion, following last month’s launch at Băneasa Shopping City.

Saint Roastery company was founded by Simona and Ionuț Croitoru in 2019, the first café being opened in Victoriei Square area. The business has grown into a trusted partner for private and corporate events, reaching a turnover of approximately one million euro. For next year, the company targets a turnover of approximately two million euros.

“We seek out distinctive spaces where we can redefine the moment of enjoying a coffee — places where stories take shape and communities come to life. We’re delighted that Business Garden Bucharest is one of those places, and that we were able to stay true to our expansion plan, opening just in time to bring a Saint Nicholas surprise to everyone in the Business Garden community.”, said Ionuț Croitoru, Founder of Saint Roastery.

Business Garden Bucharest, located in the Orhideea-Grozavesti area of Bucharest, has a rentable area of 43,000 sqm and tenants such as Sparkware Technologies, Sanamed, Regina Maria, Ikea, Schindler, Tchibo, Vel Pitar, Rail Cargo, Pandora. The Center-West area is the largest office hub in the Capital, with a total stock of approximately 629,000 sqm.

“We are very happy to open Saint Roastery Botanica in Business Garden Bucharest, because it is more than just a coffee shop — it is a place where people can meet and feel part of the community we are building here. New shops and on-site amenities are not only practical, but also part of our long-term commitment to our tenants: they make work easier, create real opportunities for connection, and help turn office buildings into lively spaces that fit naturally into everyday life. We believe that additions like these truly improve both the professional and social experience of everyone who chooses Business Garden as their base.”, declared Sorin Macoveiu, Commercial Director of Vastint Romania.

Vastint’s office portfolio will expand with the upcoming Timpuri Noi Square 2 project, set for completion in Q4 2026. This development, currently one of the few office projects under construction in Bucharest, will add 105,000 m² of gross built area (GBA) and introduce two new office buildings, effectively doubling the available office and retail space within the Timpuri Noi Square complex.
