    Greenfield Plaza shopping center reaches an occupancy rate of 89 percent

    The Greenfield Plaza shopping center, developed by Impact Developer & Contractor in the Greenfield Baneasa neighborhood, reached an occupancy rate of 89 percent. With a market value of over 25 million euro, the center has an area of 14,001 sqm, covering retail, wellness and office functions.

    The main tenants of the newest shopping center in the capital are Mega Image supermarket chain, Help Net pharmacy, and Spatzioo company.

    The shopping gallery contains supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, cafes, restaurants and laundry for clothes. Wellness Club by Greenfield hosts extensive sports and spa areas for adults and children: semi-olympic indoor pool, children’s pool, outdoor pool, gym, group classes (cycling, pilates, yoga, zumba, stretching, children’s classes, dances, martial arts), squash court, relaxation area with sauna and emotional showers, massage rooms. In addition, Greenfield Plaza includes a car wash and an office building. The 1,228 sqm of office are fully occupied by IMPACT, on the ground floor of the two-storey building being the Greenfield Baneasa sales office.

    The shopping center developed by IMPACT belongs to the category of green buildings, with a low environmental impact, being built to BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards, in line with the company’s ESG policy. The roof of the wellness club is equipped with solar panels, which cover about 70 percent of the energy needed for heating domestic water and swimming pools, while 25 percent of the electricity needed for shopping galleries is provided by photovoltaic panels.
