ENEVO Group, in partnership with RenewAcad, has announced the launch of ENEVO Academy, a strategic professional training initiative designed to support the long-term development of skills among the company’s employees and subcontractors.
Through the partnership, ENEVO Group aims to establish a professional training framework tailored to the current and future requirements of the renewable energy sector. ENEVO Academy will support the continuous development of teams involved in the company’s projects, with a strong focus on operational performance, safety and technical specialization.
Within the academy, RenewAcad will provide training for ENEVO personnel and subcontractors in the photovoltaic, wind and energy storage sectors through programs aligned with leading international standards, including Global Wind Organisation certifications, as well as specialized modules designed for field operations.
The program will include vocational training in photovoltaic installation and maintenance, health and safety instruction, and the development of practical and theoretical competencies required to deliver projects to high-quality standards. It will also provide continuous learning opportunities adapted to technological developments and ENEVO Group’s evolving operational requirements.
“Through ENEVO Academy, we aim to build more than a training program. We want to develop a long-term professional training framework that provides our teams and partners with access to applied know-how, international standards and a strong culture of safety and quality,” said Eduard Meiloiu, Executive Director of the Renewable Energy Division of ENEVO Group.
As part of the initiative, RenewAcad will contribute its expertise in training renewable energy specialists by providing dedicated programs, methodologies and specialized instructors to support the development of competencies required in the photovoltaic sector and related fields.
“ENEVO Academy is a long-term professional development platform designed to support execution quality, standardize field competencies and strengthen an organizational culture based on performance, responsibility and safety. Through RenewAcad’s mobile training centers, we bring training directly to construction sites—where the decisions that matter are made—and ensure a consistently high technical standard for everyone carrying out the work, including company personnel, subcontractors and employees from local communities involved in installation, operations and maintenance activities,” said Sebastian Enache, Director of RenewAcad.
