ADREM estimates 33 percent turnover growth in 2026, targets regional expansion through strategic acquisitions

    Published on

ADREM Group, one of Romania’s leading providers of services and solutions for energy infrastructure, expects to generate approximately 800 million RON in turnover in 2026, up 33 percent from the 600 million RON recorded in 2025. With 34 years of experience, approximately 1,600 employees and nationwide operations, the group aims to reach 1 billion RON in revenue within the next two years through organic growth, investments, strategic acquisitions and international expansion.

“Over 34 years, ADREM has built expertise, trusted relationships and the capacity to manage increasingly complex infrastructure projects. Today, we are a mature Romanian group with a solid organisation and development ambitions that reflect the experience we have accumulated. We aim to reach RON 1 billion in revenue within the next two years through investments, business diversification and long-term partnerships,” said Corneliu Bodea, CEO of ADREM.

A key step in this strategy is the acquisition of 100 percent of Electroechipament Industrial (EEI), a Romanian company with more than 30 years of experience in energy and industrial infrastructure. The transaction has received approval from the competent authorities, with the remaining legal formalities expected to be completed by the end of October 2026.

The acquisition complements ADREM’s expertise in energy infrastructure construction, industrial automation and equipment manufacturing, strengthening the group’s ability to deliver integrated projects spanning design, construction and maintenance. EEI is expected to contribute to an approximately 20 percent increase in the group’s revenue in 2027, in addition to organic growth.

In 2026, ADREM is investing approximately EUR 2 million in expanding its operational capacity, digitalisation and cybersecurity. Of this amount, around EUR 1.5 million is earmarked for equipment and machinery to boost productivity and improve project execution efficiency, while approximately EUR 400,000 will be allocated to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, which are essential for protecting data and ensuring operational continuity.

One example of the group’s business diversification is ADREM AME 360, an asset management solution through which ADREM is extending its expertise from the energy sector to water and wastewater operators. The platform integrates information on assets, risks and maintenance, supporting operational decision-making and investment planning. The solution opens up a new business segment for the group, with potential for regional expansion.

“Our experience in the energy sector enables us to develop solutions for other industries that manage complex infrastructure. We see significant opportunities for diversification, both through the development of new services and expansion into international markets. We have the expertise and capabilities to turn these opportunities into concrete growth initiatives, strengthening ADREM’s position as a Romanian group with regional ambitions,” said Corneliu Bodea, CEO of ADREM.
