    Rezolv Energy and RenewAcad expand skills academy with 100 additional free training places in renewable energy

    Published on

    Rezolv Energy, in partnership with RenewAcad, announces the expansion of the Rezolv Energy Skills Academy program by adding 100 additional free training places for professional development in the renewable energy sector. The program now reaches a total of 200 free places, effective from March 1, 2026, and has expanded its regional eligibility.

    In addition to Buzău County, where the program was initially launched, it is now open to candidates from Prahova, Brașov, Vrancea, Galați, Brăila, and Ialomița counties, broadening access to qualification opportunities for the green energy labor market.

    The 100 additional places are allocated as follows:

    • 70 places for the Introductory Course – Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Panel Installer, nationally accredited;
    • 30 pleaces for GWO (Global Wind Organisation) courses, internationally accredited and dedicated to the wind energy industry.

    “We are seeing strong interest in renewable energy training courses not only in Buzău but also in other counties close to the project. For this reason, we decided to expand and focus on additional regions such as Brașov, Vrancea, Galați, Brăila, and Ialomița. As we are witnessing, renewable energy projects generate positive employment and training opportunities for the communities around us,” said Sebastian Enache, Director of RenewAcad.

    The Introductory Course – Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Installer lasts 180 hours and includes both theoretical and practical training, equipping participants with the essential skills needed to install and maintain photovoltaic systems. The certification is nationally recognized and represents a strong first step toward a career in the solar energy sector.

    The GWO courses cover essential modules required for work in the wind energy sector, including first aid, fire awareness and prevention, working at height, and manual handling, in line with international standards required for employment in the wind industry.

    The program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma (ISCED 3), and reside in one of the eligible counties. A technical background in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation is considered an advantage, as are English language skills and digital competencies. However, the primary criterion remains personal motivation and the desire to build a career in the renewable energy sector.

    Applications are now open and can be submitted online through the form available at rezolv.renewacad.eu, by email at recrutare@renewacad.eu, or by phone at +40 374 46 64 06.
