Waterdrop CEE, the regional branch of the Austrian brand Waterdrop, is entering a new phase of development. Eliška Rezníček Dočkalová becomes the new General Manager for the CEE region, while Kateřina Navrátilová takes on the new role of Strategic Advisor.
The aim is to further develop both the community and the market, where healthy hydration is part of a modern lifestyle.
Eliška brings 16 years of experience in Customer Experience from global brands such as Radisson, NetJets, and Kiwi.com. At Kiwi.com, she worked as Vice President of Customer Experience, creating the CX strategy during a fast global expansion and challenging times. She is currently also Global Head of Customer Experience at Waterdrop Microdrink GmbH, leading international CX projects across all markets. Her approach combines digital tools, empathy, and strong brand identity.
She studied at MIT, focusing on modern leadership and AI in healthcare, and she is also a judge for the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA), helping define global standards in customer experience.

After several successful years as Managing Director of Waterdrop CEE, Kateřina Navrátilová now becomes Strategic Advisor. She helped build the CEE region for Waterdrop and led its expansion into the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and Hungary. She also built a strong and loyal customer community and a stable team. In her new role, she will focus on long-term strategy, new growth opportunities, and local partnerships.
