    The Ministry of Finance carries out the 11th IPO for Fidelis government bonds in 2025 between December 5th and 12th

    The Ministry of Finance (MF) carries out between December 5 and 12, the 11th public offering for Fidelis government bonds carried out in 2025 on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). At the same time, it is the 31st offering since the resumption of the Fidelis program in July 2020. Through the previous 30 offerings, the Ministry of Finance attracted RON 60.5 billion (EUR 12.2 billion) from individual investors.

    This new IPO consists of seven issues, three in EUR and four in RON, out of which one is dedicated to blood donors. On the donors’ tranche, orders can only be placed by investors who have donated blood between July 1st and December 12th, 2025.

    The Fidelis government bonds can be subscribed through the intermediary consortium or intermediaries authorized by Financial Supervisory Authority who have signed an undertaking to comply with the conditions of the offering and the provisions of the prospectus and have sent the undertaking to the Lead Manager. The consortium consists of BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager), Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD – Groupe Societe Generale, TradeVille and UniCredit Bank (Intermediaries) and Banca Transilvania, Libra Internet Bank (Distribution Group).
