    Filip & Company assists DIGI Romania in the EUR 600 million bond issue

    Filip & Company law firm has provided legal assistance to DIGI Romania in relation to the issuance of senior secured bonds for a total amount of EUR 600 million, with an interest rate of 4.625% per annum and maturing in 2031.

The transaction marks a new stage in the strategy of optimizing the company’s financing structure and reflects the continued evolution of the DIGI Group.
