Hidroelectrica has completed the modernization of the IT systems associated with the iHidro application. The work focused on optimizing the digital infrastructure that handles online card payments, with the goal of offering customers an improved, secure, and efficient experience.

“We aimed to carry out the modernization of the IT systems quickly and without significantly impacting user comfort. The fact that we managed to complete the work ahead of schedule demonstrates both the professionalism of the team and Hidroelectrica’s ongoing commitment to delivering performance and building trust. This is yet another step we are taking toward strengthening the company’s digital infrastructure. We will certainly not stop here, as our objective is to create a modern customer experience aligned with current market standards,” stated Bogdan Badea, CEO of Hidroelectrica.

The company will continue to invest in developing digital platforms and solutions designed to simplify customer interaction with Hidroelectrica.
