Real estate developer IMPACT builds three additional access roads to the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood

    Published on

IMPACT Developer & Contractor continues the development of the infrastructure of the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood in the north of Bucharest and signs design and execution contracts for three additional access roads to the project. The total value of the investment amounts to over 2 million euro, an amount fully borne by the developer. The works on the new access roads will start immediately after obtaining the building permits.

The first access road involves the arrangement of the intersection of Teisani Alley and the DN1 slip road and the intersection of the DN1 slip road with the Bucharest ring road. For the implementation of this solution, IMPACT acquired a 1,000 sqm plot of land.

For the second access road, IMPACT will build a connecting artery between Teisani Alley and Odai Road next to the Hobanat Bridge, on a land owned by the developer. As the artery will cross the railway, this involves complex works, including the automation of the railway crossing.

The third access road involves the arrangement of the intersection of Platanilor Boulevard – Teisani Alley, with the role of streamlining traffic and facilitating the exit through Platanilor Boulevard for the residents of the neighborhood.

Last year, IMPACT invested about one million euro in a new road in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood, which connects Padurea Pustnicu Road, a public road that delimits the residential complex to the south, and Platanilor Boulevard, an inland road. With an area of 3,000 square meters, sidewalks and two lanes in each direction, separated by a median green space, this artery streamlines traffic and facilitates the access of all residents in the neighborhood to Greenfield Plaza and the Wellness Club, as well as to the public school and kindergarten under development.

GREENFIELD Baneasa is a large residential project with over 6,400 homes and over 15,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2034, located in Sector 1 of the Capital. The project is in the fourth phase of development of the six planned.
