    ELI Parks leases 3,087 sqm to Litera Group in ELI Park 3 Bucharest

    ELI Parks, one of Romania’s leading developers of industrial and logistics spaces, announces the signing of a new lease agreement with Litera Group, for a total area of 3,087 sqm within ELI Park 3 Bucharest.

    This collaboration highlights the growing demand for modern warehousing and distribution spaces in the north-western part of Bucharest.
