    Filip & Company assists OH Holding Limited in closing the transaction by which the investment fund enters Lensa’s shareholding

    Filip & Company law firm has assisted the investment fund OH Holding Limited in closing the transaction by which it becomes the majority shareholder of the company operating the Lensa network, one of the most important players on the Romanian optics and optometry market.

    “Lensa is a key player in the Romanian optics and optometry market, which is going through very dynamic and transformative times. We believe that the support, experience and strategic vision of OH Holding, complementing the contributions of the other shareholders, will catalyse Lensa’s development plans both in Romania and in the region. We were very glad to stand by OH Holding throughout this process and to be able to contribute to the successful closing of the transaction.
