The management of ROCA Industry announces that Camelia Ene renounced her position as Chief Executive Officer of the company, the last day of her mandate being 31 October 2025.

The Board of Directors appointed Ionut Bindea as interim Chief Executive Officer for a period of six months, starting on 1 November 2025, until 30 April 2026.

Ionut Bindea is the main architect of ROCA Industry project and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from 29 June 2022, until 22 January 2025, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors from the establishment of the company until September of this year.

I am confident that, in the current context, Ionut Bindea is the most suitable solution to take over the interim mandate, with the clear objective of ensuring the continuity of the strategic direction assumed by the Holding, a direction that prioritizes the refurbishment and digitalization of processes. We aim to continue on this path to consolidate and accelerate the company’s development, resulting in sustainable growth that creates real value for shareholders and strengthens the Holding’s position in the market.”
