    Published on

Homing Properties, a real estate developer specializing in mid- to high-end residential projects, has appointed Mantor General Contractor to begin construction works on its luxury residential project, Homing Village, located in the Pipera area in Bucharest.

The first phase of the project will consist of 33 villas, representing 23.5% of the total development and an investment of €14 million out of the €60 million allocated for the luxury villa complex. Completion of this first stage is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

“The start of construction works for the first phase of Homing Village marks an extremely important milestone for us. Despite the current economic and political uncertainties, we are proud to have maintained our development plans in line with our strategy, and the entire project continues according to the initial timeline. Together with Mantor, we are confident we will set new benchmarks for quality and comfort in the northern Bucharest residential market,” stated Tomás Manjón, Co-Founder of Homing Properties.

“Homing Village has entered a new stage, and we are excited to see our vision truly taking shape. Mantor’s high standards align perfectly with our vision, and their proven track record will ensure the quality we want to deliver to our clients. With its strategic location near leading international schools and its modern architecture, Homing Village is designed to offer a comfortable and exclusive lifestyle,” added Diego Stuyck, Co-Founder of Homing Properties.

Homing Village will feature 140 luxury villas across 65,000 sqm, developed in four phases. Residents will enjoy premium facilities including a multi-sport court, generous green spaces, children’s playgrounds, a fitness center, and an events hall. The community will also benefit from 24/7 security and covered parking for approximately 600 cars.
