PPC Energie has exceeded 1.7 million consumption places for which it issues electronic invoices, and in the first six months of this year it issued almost 15% more electronic invoices than in the similar period of 2024. Also in the first half of this year, 3.9 million payments were made through the myPPC app.
Currently, 54% of PPC Energie customers have accounts created in the myPPC application. Through it, customers can receive and pay their electricity or natural gas bills, register their index or check their payment balance. Also, commercial offers are available in the application, so that both existing and potential customers have the opportunity to submit online requests to conclude a contract for the supply of energy, electricity, natural gas or value-added products.
Also in the myPPC application (web and mobile), PPC Energie residential customers can benefit from personalized advice for energy consumption efficiency, with the help of PPC myEnergy Coach. Since its launch in May 2025, the myEnergy Coach platform has been visited at least once by more than 14,000 consumers (unique consumption places) among those who benefit from this facility. Currently, the platform is available only to residential customers who have associated at least one energy consumption place in the myPPC application, with full access (the email address in the myPPC application coincides with that of the contract holder). Those who do not have full access to the place of consumption in myPPC, can update their data here, on the dedicated page www.ppcenergy.ro, to have access to the myEnergy Coach PPC platform.
Another digital benefit available from this month for PPC Energie household customers is that they can purchase value-added products and services directly from www.ppcenergy.ro, from here: air conditioners, heating units, service and assistance services. The equipment can be purchased in equal installments, with its payment directly on the electricity bill, and the installation is free.
“Caring for our customers means making their interactions with us, regardless of the communication channel, as friendly, intuitive and fast as possible. And this also means offering them as many services and facilities as possible at a click away, whether it is viewing or paying the bill, contracting online services, products, services and online platforms with which they can streamline their consumption. Currently, more than half of our customer base uses the myPPC app, more than 14,000 consumers have visited the myEnergy Coach PPC platform at least once, 3.9 million bills have been paid through the myPPC app since the beginning of this year. In addition, starting this month, customers who want to buy, for example, air conditioners online, in installments, with free installation, can do so from us on the website, just as they would do if they bought from a retailer, the advantage being that they can pay them directly in their energy or gas bill”, said Ionuț Dună, General Manager of PPC Energie.
In the first 6 months of this year, customers opted for the Copy of Invoice service, available here, through which they downloaded over 932,000 copies of invoices, and 218,000 downloads of invoices were made by SMS.
