PayPoint and DHL sign strategic partnership for the Romanian market

    Published on

PayPoint – Romania’s leading payment operator for a wide range of services, and DHL – the global leader in express courier and logistics services, announce the signing of a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to enhance the payment services portfolio and expand the partner network for shipping services.

PayPoint customers will now have access to express courier services to more than 220 countries and territories, from the same locations where they already handle their routine payments or use other available services. At the same time, DHL customers will benefit from significantly more accessible locations, closer to them. For these customers, proximity is essential, making it easier to access international document shipping services even in small towns or villages through PayPoint Colet Expres locations.

”Expanding the PayPoint Colet Expres service is one of the pillars of our development strategy, given its potential and the appreciation it receives from our customers. Through our partnership with DHL, we successfully complement our portfolio in the ‘parcels’ segment and offer consumers access to international document shipments, and later, parcel shipments, directly from PayPoint Colet Expres locations. We are excited about this partnership and highly confident in its future success,” said Utku Ogrendil, CEO of PayPoint Romania and 24pay.

”Proximity is crucial for our customers and through this partnership we’re getting even closer to them, offering fast and secure solutions right in their local communities, connecting them easily to the entire world,” said Patricia Lucia Coconea, Commercial Director of DHL Express Romania.
