    Fidelis government bonds issued by the Ministry of Finance in April, worth over 1.3 billion lei, debuted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

    The Ministry of Finance (MoF) attracted almost 838 million lei and, respectively, 101 million euros (values ​​totaling over 1.3 billion lei – almost 269.7 million euros), through the third primary offer for the sale of government securities to the population (FIDELIS) ​​carried out this year through the systems of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

    The primary offer for sale of Fidelis government bonds was brokered by the syndicate formed by The consortium is formed by BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager), Alpha Bank Romania , Banca Comerciala Romana , BRD – Groupe Societe Generale and TradeVille (Intermediation Syndicate) and Banca Transilvania , Libra Internet Bank (Distribution Group). The government bonds could also be purchased through 9 eligible participants.

    Within this offer, carried out between April 4 and 11, Romanians placed 16,432 subscription orders, both for government securities denominated in lei and for those in euros.
