Romcim, a company owned by CRH in Romania, has completed the acquisition of two concrete production plants in Iași County from BCC Agregate Betoane SRL.

“We are constantly attentive to the needs of our clients across all market segments, whether they are involved in residential, non-residential projects, or large-scale infrastructure works. Proximity is a key factor in the construction industry, and we are pleased that these two concrete production plants in the northeast of the country allow us to offer faster services and accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions,” said Frederic Aubet, Managing Director of Romcim.

The group of companies owned by CRH in Romania has over 2,600 employees across all its fields of activity and operates 52 units nationwide, managed through the companies Romcim, Elpreco, Ferrobeton, Bauelemente, Sapphire, and TehnoWorld.

The construction solutions offered include aggregates, cement, concrete, precast products, masonry and landscaping systems, alternative fuel production, and utility infrastructure solutions.
