Organizational culture is not a stand-alone concept, it is in a dynamic belt. Technology and digital natives are transforming the work environment. We are living in times that will transform us as people and slightly alter perceptions of what is good or constructive, let’s remember how we managed to mobilize ourselves, how we got the best out of a period that segmented our supply chains, people, forced us to transform ourselves, all of this brought us a natural evolution and to connect what is important to us, colleagues and what we would have to give up.
The statement has been made by Andrei Craciun, Advisor to the Minister, Ministry of Education, who moderated the second panel of the recently held event People Empowering Business Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.
And the way in which we managed to do this reverse learning, how we could apply so that we evolve. Tools and AI will bring us to the context in which we can connect more efficiently and better with people. This is an element that will redesign work relationships. When it’s hard, then you look for good people or cultivate those with potential.
