Real estate developer Impact reports record sales for Greenfield Baneasa project in October

    Published on

IMPACT Developer & Contractor started the last quarter of the year with record sales. In October, the company traded 73 units in the Greenfield Baneasa compound, with a value of over 8 million euro. This represents a monthly maximum in the last 5 years.

2-room apartments were in the top of buyers’ preferences, accounting for 50 percent of the units traded, followed by studios (33 percent) and 3-room apartments (17 percent). The units sold are in the new phase of development of the neighborhood, in which 732 apartments are ready to welcome their owners.

”With another 231 units pre-sold at the end of October in Greenfield Baneasa, we will maintain at least the same sales pace until the end of the year and even the beginning of next year, if there are no legislative changes regarding the increase of the VAT rate in 2025. Greenfield Baneasa neighborhood continues to enjoy the attention of buyers, remaining in the top of preferences in its market segment.”, stated Dan Sebastian Câmpeanu, CEO IMPACT Developer & Contractor.

Greenfield Baneasa is a large-scale residential project with over 7,000 homes and over 17,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2028, located in Dstrict 1 of the Capital. The project is in the fourth phase of development out of the 6 planned.
