Filip & Company assists eMAG Group in the sale of its entire participation in Tazz

Filip & Company assisted eMAG Group on the sale of its entire participation in HCL Online Advertising, the company that operates Tazz platform, to Wolt, a Finnish company operating in 28 countries, held by the US based DoorDash.

“Tazz is one of our local champions, a Romanian success story created by a dedicated and energetic team. eMAG’s investment has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Tazz business, providing the financial resources and know-how to accelerate expansion at a rapid pace. Tazz joining forces with Wolt marks a new stage in this spectacular evolution, and we are convinced it will bring extraordinary opportunities.
