    Filip & Company assists the consortium of banks arranging the bond issue that attracted EUR 500 million for Romgaz

    Filip & Company advised arrangers BT Capital Partners S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group Bank AG, J.P. Morgan SE, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Unicredit Bank GmbH in the transaction by which Romgaz sold EUR 500 million worth of bonds on the international markets.
