    PeliPartners assisted Alfa Group in the acquisition of IRIDE Business Park

    PeliPartners announces the successful signing of a significant transaction for Alfa Group on the acquisition of the IRIDE Business Park project from CPI Group. The transaction is not only limited to the acquisition of office space, but also includes related logistics facilities essential to optimize the company’s future operations.

    “This transaction opens new perspectives for our expansion in the real estate market and strengthens our presence in the office and residential development segment in Bucharest. We believe this investment will positively impact the local market and allow us to continue to deliver innovative and sustainable projects.
