STRABAG Romania has been selected by the developer and investor PPF Real Estate as the general contractor for the construction of its new office building “The ARC”.  This new development will bring a modern ten-story Class A office building to the 6th District of Bucharest.

The ARC will offer 30,000 square meters of premium office space, located near the Basarab metro station, in one of Bucharest’s rapidly expanding commercial districts. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2026.

“At STRABAG, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge construction projects that meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation. The ARC project is an excellent example of this commitment, and we are honored to partner with PPF Real Estate to bring this vision to life. To ensure the highest efficiency and precision, we will be utilizing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project. This approach allows us to integrate data-driven decisions at every stage, ensuring that The ARC not only meets but exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders.”, said Johann Poelzl, Civil Engineering Technical Director at STRABAG Romania.

“The ARC will be a landmark building in one of the city’s fastest-growing business districts, and we believe it will set new standards for modern workplaces in the region. We are confident that STRABAG’s involvement will ensure the successful delivery of a building that exceeds the expectations of our future tenants.,” said Juraj Šaštinský, PPF Real Estate’s Investment Director.
