    Filip & Company assists Banca Transilvania in closing the acquisition of OTP Bank Romania

    The Filip & Company team provided legal assistance to Banca Transilvania on closing its acquisition of OTP Bank Romania and OTP Leasing Romania. The acquisition documents were signed in February 2024 and in the meantime regulatory approvals have been obtained.

    The Filip & Company team that assisted Banca Transilvania on this transaction involved, at various stages of the project, more than 40 lawyers from all departments of the firm.
