Danone Romania announces a new change within the company and, starting in June, Oana Bejan becomes Country Topline Unit Leader Danone Romania.

With over 18 years of experience in FMCG, Oana Bejan, as Head of Retail & Sales Force, coordinated the company’s sales team and the relationship with modern retail customers. In her new role, Oana Bejan will coordinate the company’s commercial operations, and her extensive experience in FMCG, both retail and manufacturing, will be essential in maintaining and strengthening Danone’s leading position in the local market.

“Assuming this role at an anniversary moment for Danone Romania is an honour and a responsibility that I accept with enthusiasm. We will continue to promote a healthy lifestyle and invest in innovation and sustainability, ensuring that every decision we make reflects our core values. Our commitment to supporting communities and protecting the environment will remain central to all our initiatives. Together with the team, we will continue to grow and innovate, ensuring that Danone remains a trusted leader on the Romanian market,” said Oana Bejan, Country Topline Unit Leader Danone Romania.

Oana Bejan started her career in Danone Romania in 2013 and held various management positions in the sales department, contributing to the company’s development and strengthening its leadership position in the yogurt and plant-based products segments. It has also contributed significantly to innovation and market adaptation initiatives, including in the context of the challenges brought by inflation and changes in consumer behaviour in recent years.
