    Simtel acquires a 5.3 MW photovoltaic project in Bihor County

    Simtel announces the acquisition of Oasis Green Energy 3, a company developing a photovoltaic project with an installed capacity of 5.35 MW. The new photovoltaic park is to be fully operated by Simtel.

    Through the transaction, Simtel will acquire a ready to build project, with a planned installed capacity of 5.35 MWp, on a land with an area of 69,800 square meters located in Salonta, Bihor County. The project has all the authorizations obtained and is ready for the immediate start of implementation. The connection works to the national energy network are already completed.

    The project will be implemented immediately and the company estimates that the works will be completed in approximately 6 months. Following the finalization of the project, the park will generate annually approximately 6.5 GWh and will reduce the annual amount of CO2 by approx. 3,965 tons.
