“70 percent of organizations either have a digital transformation strategy or are currently working on one. 1.5 trillion USD was spent on digital transformation globally in 2021. It is expected to reach 6.8 trillion USD by 2024.

87 percent of business leaders think that digital transformation will disrupt their industry. The top benefits of adopting a digital model: improves operational efficiency (40 percent), allows for faster time to market (36 percent), and helps meet people expectations (35 percent).

Why is Digital Transformation Important? It improves data collection, it provides better resource management, improvements in productivity, and leads to increased profits,” Michail Kyriakidis, Head of Presales, INFORM, Austriacard Holdings said during HR Conference | Elevating Work powered by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“What can we do for HR? At Inform Austriacard we have divided virtual assistants in three virtual categories: 1) internal, for the employees, 2) for your customers. 3) for contact service agents.

We can also assist with intelligent document processing. Our system interprets the document, validates document completion, if the document is incomplete it asks for user assistance, and it sends the document to the company back-end system.

Another thing we can assist with is Robotic Process Automation. We tend to combine RPA with intelligent document processing. For HR services automation we can offer: time & absence management, onboarding/ offboarding, compliance and reporting.”

Michael Kyriakidis is the Head of Presales of the Digital Transformation Solutions department of INFORM Group (part of AUSTRIACARD Holdings) and has been working in the field of IT for over 25 years, with great experience in the fields of Process Automations and Customer Experience. He has conducted business in multinational and entrepreneurial environments, managing virtual teams and making things happen within demanding time & budget conditions.
