    CMS advised Cicor Group on the acquisition of Evolution Medtec in Romania

    International law firm CMS has advised Cicor Group (Cicor), one of Europe’s fastest-growing developers and manufacturers of high-reliability electronics for the medical, industrial, aerospace and defence markets, on its acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Romanian engineering company, Evolution Medtec.

    This new acquisition strengthens Cicor’s engineering capabilities in the Medtech sector, and creates one of the strongest R&D platforms in the European EMS industry.

    CMS Corporate Partner, Horea Popescu, commented: “The successful completion of this transaction marks a significant milestone in Cicor’s journey, reinforcing its position as a key player in the European EMS industry.
