    Niculae Havrilet renounces the mandate of member in the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom

    OMV Petrom announces that Niculae Havrileț has notified the company with a waiver of his mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, starting February 12, 2024.

    Following the waiver of his mandate, Niculae Havrileț will cease to hold the position as a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of OMV Petrom starting February 12, 2024, thus his seat becoming vacant.

    Niculae Havrileț has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since March 3, 2020.
