    Filip & Company assists Banca Transilvania in the acquisition of OTP Bank Romania

    The Filip & Company team has assisted Banca Transilvania in the acquisition of OTP Bank Romania, OTP Leasing and OTP Asset Management. The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining clearances from the relevant regulatory authorities.
