PeliPartners assisted Adventum Group in signing a lease extension with Genpact Romania – the anchor tenant in Hermes Business Campus, an office complex located in the northern part of Bucharest, with a GLA of approximately 74,500 sqm. Currently, around 39 percent of the complex is leased to Genpact Romania.

This deal reflects a year-long collaborative effort and a noteworthy milestone for the industry.
