    TeraPlast closes the Palplast Moldova acquisition

    TeraPlast announces the signing of the closing certificate in the acquisition of Palplast Moldova, following the fulfilment of all preceding conditions.

    TeraPlast now holds the majority stake in Palplast, respectively 51 percent, while the current shareholder, Fribourg Capital, retains 49 percent. The total value of the transaction amounts to 1.8 million Euro, with TeraPlast SA injecting 1 million Euro into Palplast’s equity and 800,000 Euro paid to the existing shareholder.

    Palplast Moldova will use the obtained amount to diversify its production capacity and expand the logistics platform.
