    PeliPartners promotes three new Senior Associates

    PeliPartners has decided to promote Sandra Gheorghe, Delia Dumitrescu and Andrada Bogeag to the role of Senior Associate starting January 1, 2024.

    “We are proud to strengthen the team with three new Senior Associates, roles designed to enhance our day-to-day work in different practice areas. This is an important step towards creating a stronger organisation that enjoys the dedication of all its members,” said Francisc Peli, Managing Partner PeliPartners.

    Sandra Gheorghe advises both domestic and international clients in various matters: providing legal assistance and representing various private companies in matters regarding acquisitions of real estate assets, and negotiations of sale-purchase agreements.

    Delia Dumitrescu provides legal assistance in relation to various corporate and commercial matters. She has been involved in various multi-disciplinary and cross-border projects and in complex due diligence analysis.

    Andrada Bogeag has been involved in a variety of transactional and non-transactional real estate matters, and the preparation of a wide range of agreements.
