Bittnet Systems signs the closing certificate for the full acquisition of Dataware Consulting

Bittnet Systems announces the signing of the closing certificate and supporting documents related to the transaction by which Bittnet group takes over 100 percent of Dataware Consulting.

The closing documents were signed after receiving the information address from the Competition Council regarding the approval of the economic concentration achieved by the acquisition of sole control of Bittnet group over Dataware.

After the registration at the Trade Register, Dendrio Solutions (part of Bittnet group) will own 71.13 percent and Bittnet Systems will own 28.87 percent of shares and voting rights of Dataware Consulting. Dataware Consulting SRL is part of the Cloud & Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet Group together with Dendrio Solutions SRL, Top Tech SRL, 2NET Computer SRL and ITPrepared SRL (rebranding in: Optimizor).
