Vantage Towers, one of the leading European infrastructure operators, has chosen Romania as the first market for the launch of its groundbreaking new solution, the Customer Portal. This innovative platform is designed to enhance the customer experience and provide seamless access to a wide range of services and information.

„By selecting Romania as the inaugural market for the Customer Portal, Vantage Towers demonstrates its commitment to the local market to deliver the latest technological advancements to its customers. Romania has long been recognized as a hub for innovation and digital transformation, making it the perfect choice for launching this revolutionary solution. The introduction of the Customer Portal in Romania reaffirms Vantage Towers’ dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the digitalization of the telecommunications local industry”, stated Cătălin Tănase, Managing Director, Vantage Towers Romania.

The Customer Portal is a user-friendly online platform that empowers Vantage Towers’ customers with convenient self-service capabilities. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, including real-time monitoring of network performance, service status updates, billing information, and personalized support options. With this solution, customers can easily manage their accounts, request support, and access valuable resources, all in one centralized location.

“We are thrilled to introduce our new Customer Portal in Romania. This solution offers our clients greater control over their telecom services and fosters stronger relationships built on transparency and efficiency. Through the new application, they can search in real-time on the map, and have the possibility to define personalized search rings and personalized filters, such as by structure height, structure type, locality, GPS coordinates, etc. In addition, all information from the platform can be exported in KMZ format”, stated Ionel Crăciun, Business Development Manager at Vantage Towers România.

The main areas that will benefit from the launch of this application are the broadcasting industry, utilities, network developers, critical infrastructure, and air space surveillance, according to the company.

The Customer Portal is set to revolutionize the way customers engage with Vantage Towers, offering a seamless and intuitive digital experience. By providing transparent and real-time access to crucial information and services, Vantage Towers reaffirms its position as a leader in network infrastructure innovation.

    About Vantage Towers

Vantage Towers is a leading tower company in Europe with more than 84,000 sites in ten countries, connecting people, businesses, and devices in cities and rural areas. The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Düsseldorf.

Vantage Towers’ portfolio includes towers, masts, rooftop sites, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and small cells. By building, operating, and leasing this infrastructure to MNOs or other network providers such as IoT companies or utilities, Vantage Towers is making a significant contribution to a better-connected Europe.

While already 100% of the grid electricity that Vantage Towers uses to operate its infrastructure is obtained from renewable energy sources, green energy generation is piloted directly on site with the help of solar panels and micro wind turbines, and also hydrogen solutions are under testing. This fits well into the overall strategy of the company to drive a sustainable digitalisation in Europe and to support partners through technological innovation in decarbonisation and achieving their climate goals.
