VGP, a European developer of logistics and semi-industrial real estate, announces the full lease of the first building in VGP Park Arad. The most recent client is FAN Courier, who rented an area of 10,000 sqm. The courier company thus opens in Arad, through this contract, its first international hub, dedicated to international online orders.

VGP Park Arad is located near the city of Arad in the western part of Romania, near the A1 highway and 50 km from the border with Hungary.

With a land area of 395,000 sqm and a leasable area of 196,000 sqm, VGP Park Arad offers units starting from 1,000 sqm and up to customized solutions for large-scale logistics operations. Its spaces are suitable for logistics services, light manufacturing, and commercial activities.

The buildings are made according to the BREEAM assessment method with a Very Good classification and can work, on request, together with the tenant, for a higher certification. In addition, the roof is designed to support the installation of a solar system in order to produce green energy.
