    Hidroelectrica appoints Karoly Borbely as new CEO

    Hidroelectrica announces new management board and appoints Karoly Borbely as the new CEO. The decision was made during the meeting of the Supervisory Board on 6 November 2023.

    The Supervisory Board decided to appoint the following people as members of the Management Board for a 4-year term, starting with 7 November 2023:

    – Karoly Borbely, as member of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board and Chairman of the Management Board (Chief Executive Officer – “CEO”);

    – Bogdan-Nicolae Badea, as member of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board (Chief Investment Officer – „CIO”);

    – Radu-Ioan Constantin, as member of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board, (Chief Administrative Officer – „CAO”);

    – Marian Fetita, as member of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board (Chief Financial Officer – „CFO”);

    – Ianas Radoi, as member of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board (Chief Operating Officer – „COO”);

    Also, during the same meeting, the Supervisory Board revokes, starting with 6 November 2023, from the position of provisional members of Hidroelectrica’s Management Board, as appointed by decisions of the Supervisory Board on 3 October 2023, the following people: Bogdan-Nicolae Badea, Cristian Vladoianu, Marian Bratu, Razvan Ionut-Pataliu, Andrei-Dominic Gerea.
