Globalworth announces the hosting of Maspex Romania’s headquarters in Globalworth Campus A, starting with autumn 2023. Maspex is the largest Polish investor in Romania in the food and beverages sector and began its activity in Romania in 1996.

With 27 years of experience on the Romanian market and a vast product portfolio, Maspex Romania is one of the best-known producers in the country for the categories of juices, nectars and soft drinks, instant products, snacks and natural mineral water. The company owns well-known and appreciated brands, such as: Tymbark, Bucovina, Tedi, La Festa, Salatini, Ciao, Figo, Alcalia, Arnos, Vălenii de Munte, Zubrowka.

The Maspex team in Romania will be hosted in a generous office space which is being prepared in terms of fit-out by the new Workplaces division at Globalworth. The new line of services provided by the biggest office landlord in Romania covered so far more than 260,000 sqm of fitted-out workspaces in all its buildings and another 30,000 sqm in the process.

“We celebrate multiculturalism every day in the Globalworth community, but this time we welcome tradition into our business hub in Romania. We are happy that Maspex Romania, the producer of mineral waters Bucovina, chooses one of our buildings from where to conduct their operations, and that we can customize their office spaces to meet all their current needs,” said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing at Globalworth Romania.

“Due to the multitude of brands and activities associated with them, Maspex Romania is continuously in a positive dynamic, so we adapt the rhythm of our company according to them. Therefore, the change in the location of the company’s offices comes as a natural consequence and as a necessary measure. We look forward to using the new space which I am sure will be the right environment to implement our business plans and goals,” said Grzegorz Grabowski, CEO of Maspex Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary Business Unit.
