    Hidroelectrica is looking for new HQ in Bucharest

    Hidroelectrica, the largest electricity producer in Romania, is looking to lease another space for its headquarters in Bucharest, according to a company release.

    Hidroelectrica wants to move from the office building where it currently has its headquarters, on Bulevardul Ion Mihalache in Bucharest, close to Piața Victoriei, and is looking to rent a new space.

    Hidroelectrica wants to rent “a minimum of 7,070 square meters and a maximum of 7,500 square meters, which will have complete utilities and 80 parking spaces” for a period of ten years, and is waiting for interested companies to send their offers by May 5.

    Hidroelectrica occupies 3,200 square meters in the Tower Center International office building, owned by Globalworth.
