Starting with November, Shaun Conning will be joining Superbet Group as Chief People Officer. Conning will coordinate the HR and organizational culture strategy of the company which has registered substantial growth over the past years.

Before joining Superbet, Conning served as Chief People Office for DAZN Group, the world’s leading sports entertainment platform. Over the past five years he has led DAZN’s People Strategy, focusing on their global expansion and technology fueled growth.

Having a vast experience in people strategy, organizational culture and leadership development, Shaun Conning has held key roles at Compass Group, the world’s largest catering & hospitality group and Kingfisher Group, a leading European retailer, while also having been a co-founder of tap’d Solutions and Encompass People, working with a range of clients across the Sports Media, Technology, Financial Services and Retail sectors.
