KPMG today announced that Ramona Jurubita has been reelected to serve a second three-year term as Country Managing Partner of KPMG in Romania and Moldova. Ramona Jurubita will continue to coordinate the firm’s activities in providing Audit, Tax and Legal and Advisory services to clients.

A priority of her second term will be to advance KPMG in Romania and Moldova’s Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) agenda, as set out in the firm’s ESG strategy. The strategy sets out the firm’s commitment to playing a positive role in the community and also to helping clients and the wider business community to do the same.

Ramona Jurubita comments: “I am honored to be reconfirmed as Country Managing Partner of KPMG in Romania and Moldova. I am grateful to the amazing KPMG team for everything we have built together and I am confident that, together, we will succeed in navigating through the challenges of the following period, alongside our clients and communities.”

Ramona Jurubita was nominated and elected as Country Managing Partner of KPMG in Romania and Moldova in 2018. She is the fourth Country Managing Partner to lead KPMG in Romania since the firm’s establishment in 1994, following François Gontard (1994-2001), Victor Kevehazi (2001-2007), and Serban Toader (2007-2018).
