Ionut Silviu Pusca, NXP Semiconductors: “We have doubled the number of employees in the last 2-3 years”

“The pandemic was also a challenge for us because we had to move from working in the office to working online. After the decrease in the large number of cases of COVID-19, we moved towards a hybrid way of working. We conducted a survey among our colleagues and asked them which options they preferred regarding the working model. After receiving the results, we analyzed them together with the team leaders, with the managers to see how we will organize the current set-up,” Ionut Silviu Pusca, Facilities Manager Real Estate & EHS, NXP Semiconductors said during Workplace of the Future conference organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“We have doubled the number of colleagues in the last 2-3 years and are approaching 1,000 employees. For this reason, the need for more office spaces arose, but also the need to organize these spaces efficiently.

Our employees are starting to return to the offices; we organize different programs and projects, we provide them with different facilities so that they feel as good as possible at the office and work as efficiently as before.

The hybrid way of working involves flexibility and time management.”
