    Darius Gisca, Romanian Software: “We have over 700 clients who use our tools”

    “We have over 20 years of experience in the field of streamlining HR processes, starting from recruitment to the exit interview. We have over 700 clients who use our tools,” Darius Gisca, Business Development Manager, Romanian Software said during Workplace of the Future conference organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

    “This flow is composed of several modules of the colorful.hr solution. The hire module manages to automate the recruitment process. Things take less time and the chance of accepting the offer for the potential employee is much higher. From here, the information is sent to the operational tools for HR specialists, people management, personnel administration, time management and payroll. After these modules, we have an employee’s personal space module, the one that was used a lot during the pandemic. There, the employee can see his information, initiate leave requests, etc. A process that is becoming increasingly important is the onboarding area. Through the people management module, the HR specialist can create induction sessions for the employee to consume from his personal space area.

    Through the exit interview module, HR specialists can follow the feedback and thus improve the retention strategy”
