SPEEDWELL started sales for a new stock of apartments at THE IVY, the residential project developed in Baneasa
SPEEDWELL added a new stock of apartments for sale at THE IVY, with the first 2 buildings almost finalised and the current stock of apartments close to being sold-out. A total of 128 more apartments is now available for sale in the third building of the ensemble.
The sales rhythm has been consistent for THE IVY ever since the project has been launched. Therefore, after selling 88% of the available units in the first two buildings, SPEEDWELL has launched the third building and a new stock of apartments. This newly launched building features 2, 3 and 4-room apartments with efficient layouts and net surfaces varying from 54 sqm to 121 sqm. The generous terraces or gardens are adding up extra space for residents to enjoy.
SPEEDWELL’s residential project, THE IVY, is located in the North of Bucharest, on Jandarmeriei Street and will include 10 buildings with a P + 6 height regime and 800 apartments.
