    Published on

Sphera Franchise Group announces the completion of the procedures for signing the development plan for the restaurant network, for year 2022, between the franchisor YUM! and California Fresh Flavors S.R.L. (“CFF”), the subsidiary of the Group that owns the franchise rights for the operation of Taco Bell restaurants in Romania.

Following negotiations with the representative of YUM!, Taco Bell Europe, the parties agreed that in 2022 CFF will benefit from progressive financial incentives, depending on the number of newly opened restaurants. For any exceeding of the minimum number of 2 new net restaurants (of which one restaurant was already opened in 2022), CFF will benefit from additional financial incentives.

As of July 11th, 2022, Sphera Franchise Group operates 14 Taco Bell restaurants. All the restaurants are in mall food- courts, in nine different cities across Romania.
