    Filip & Company assists the Holcim group in the acquisition of General Beton Romania

    Filip & Company Law Firm assists the Holcim group, one of the leaders in the building materials industry, in the process of acquiring 100% of the shares of General Beton Romania S.R.L., one of the most important local players on the production and selling of concrete.

We are delighted to have been able to assist them again in a new acquisition that increases the Group’s footprint and capabilities in this market.     The Filip & Company team involved in this transaction was coordinated by Alina Stancu Birsan (partner) and included Olga Nita (partner), Andreea Banica (senior associate), Georgeta Gavriloiu and Ioana Roman (both partners), who oversaw the procedure for authorization of the operation by the Competition Council and the assistance on real estate law issues respectively, Alexandru Popa (associate) and Lavinia Cazacu (associate).
