    FPPG is consolidating its management team with three new members

    The Oil and Gas Employers’ Federation (FPPG), the main representative organization for the Romanian energy sector, strengthens its management team by appointing three new members: Razvan Popescu – CFO Romgaz, Cristian Hubati – Vice President of Operations in the Exploration and Production Division of OMV Petrom and Dorin Tudora – General Manager of CONPET.

    Due to the experience gained during almost nine years in the National Bank of Romania, Razvan Popescu has distinguished himself for more than a year in the position of CFO of the largest natural gas producer in Romania – ROMGAZ SA. He has been involved in the process of taking over ExxonMobil’s participation since his appointment and strongly believes in the success of this project.

    Cristian Hubati (OMV Petrom)

    Cristian Hubati has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with an integrated exposure in the Downstream area and in the Exploration and Production area, both nationally and internationally, accumulated throughout his career through numerous functions and projects within OMV Petrom, OMV Abu Dhabi and Rompetrol.

    Dorin Tudora (Conpet)

    Dorin Tudora is in his second term as Director General of CONPET, where he previously held various management positions – HSEQ Manager, Head of the Pipeline and Facilities Safety Office, Responsible for the activities of critical infrastructures of the National System of Pipeline Transport, Responsible for environmental protection activities.

    “The Romanian energy sector will undergo unprecedented transformations, in order to keep up with the major changes taking place at European level, mainly as a result of environmental policies, the digital revolution and the new challenges of security of energy supply. Energy is the backbone of any economy, so the voice of professionals in the field needs to be heard more than ever. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the consolidation of our management team with experts whose results speak for themselves,” said Franck Neel, Chairman of the FPPG Board.

    Founded in 1991, the Federation of Petroleum and Gas Employers (FPPG) is the framework for the development, dialogue and efficient management of resources in the energy, oil, gas and energy mining sectors in Romania.
